Account data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. GlintKit does not transmit or store your account information on external servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

You may use GlintKit and its tools for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell any part of the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks displayed on GlintKit are the property of GlintKit or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

Tools such as the BMI Calculator are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results generated by health-related tools do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health or fitness regimen.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlintKit and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
